Store Policy

Our store policies are subject to change at any time. We ship our products from a small warehouse located in Beaumont, TX. We only ship products to U.S. main land areas. We currently do not ship to Hawaii and other outlying areas. Please be sure that we ship to your address before completing a transaction.

Order Fulfilment
We currently ship products twice a week. Regular orders that are placed by midnight (CST) on Monday are shipped on Wednesday. Regular orders submitted by midnight Thursday (CST) are shipped over the weekend.

Shipping & Handling

We current ship with USPS. The cost of shipping and handling has not been calculated into the price of purchases. Therefore, customers will pay shipping and handling fees as calculate using paypal.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued once a transaction has been processed via PayPal. However, we will provide a store credit that must be used within 30 days of the initial transaction date. If the store credit has not been used within 30 days, a partial refund will be issued. Transaction service fees that are incurred will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Returns

Unused and unopened products can be returned in a saleable condition. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are paid by the returnee. Items that are returned in a damaged, used, or unsaleable condition will not be refunded. Therefore, returned products must be carefully re-boxed before shipping. Lost, damaged, or stolen products will not be refunded.
